Booking questions
How do I book a shoot?
Use the scheduler to choose your shoot, package and preferred date, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm availability. Your date is held once we confirm it and receive the booking amount.
Is my preferred date guaranteed?
Not until we confirm it. The date in your enquiry is a request, and we will offer the nearest free slot if it is taken.
How should I prepare for my session?
We plan looks and colours with you before the day. Bring your outfits pressed, arrive ten minutes early and bring anything personal you want in the frame. For maternity sessions, the best time is between 28 and 34 weeks.
Do you photograph newborns?
No. We photograph babies from about three months old, toddlers, children and families, but we do not offer newborn sessions.
What is included with studio rental?
Studio access with air conditioning, photography lights, backdrops and the makeup and changing room. We confirm the exact lights and backdrops for your shoot before payment. Cameras, photographers, makeup artists, editing and custom decorations are not included.
When will I receive my images? Draft answer
Maternity sessions are delivered in 7 days, or 10 days when a film is included, with sneak-peek images inside 48 hours. Timelines for other shoots are confirmed with your quote.
Can I reschedule? Draft answer
Yes. One reschedule is free when you give us 48 hours' notice.
Are frames or prints included?
Frames are ordered separately. Shoot clients receive 10 to 20% off frames, depending on the package.
Can I bring my own photographer or crew to the studio?
Yes. Studio rental is the space on its own. You arrange your own photographer and crew unless we agree otherwise.
